All students applying to the University for the Creative Arts must demonstrate that they are competent in the use of the English language and satisfy the university’s requirements. Please refer to the university website for details of specific entry requirements.

IELTS- 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5


For PG:
IELTS- 6.5 overall with no band less than 5.5

  • Requirement: Indian HSC/Standard XII with an overall average of 60% and above.
  • Study Gap-Maximum 2 years.
  • IELTS waiver-Indian Standard XII with minimum 70% (excluding Punjab or Haryana boards).


For PG:

  • Requirement: Successful completion of your Bachelor's degree (minimum three years) from a recognised university.

Ian Dury House
Our purpose-built on-campus accommodation features nine flats, one of which is accessible for students with disabilities.
Each flat has six en-suite single bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and communal dining area.

Hotham Court
Hotham Court can accommodate up to 107 students, with a mix of en-suite and shared facilities. 
There are flats of varying sizes, featuring two, four, five and six single study bedrooms. It's a 30-minute walk to campus, and a large supermarket is just five minutes away.

Epsom Campus
There are five different accommodation blocks available - Worple Road, Wilberforce Court, Ashley Road, Crossways House, Bradford House - located either next to campus or a ten-minute walk away.
Whichever you choose, you'll be in shared accommodation with single bedrooms, each of which comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair - you can put your personal stamp on it with your own soft furnishings.

Farnham Campus
Student village
The Student Village at UCA Farnham features purpose-built houses and flats just a minute's walk from campus for up to 345 students.

Each flat or house can accommodate up to eight students in single study bedrooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom features a washbasin, and we do have some en-suite rooms available.
Rochester Campus
Doust Way
With views of the river and just a five-minute walk to campus, Doust Way is home to 215 of our students at any one time.
Flats are mainly comprised of six en-suite bedrooms, each with a shared kitchen and communal area.
We do have a number of adapted rooms available for our students with additional needs.
